Solid Rock Sacred Ground 2022 - The Music

Ruth Roshan has arranged many pieces by artists ranging from Astor Piazzolla to Leonard Cohen and Macy Gray for various ensembles. Always inventive and creative, her arrangements infuse new, memorable, melodic lines into the works.

She writes string parts for other artists’ songs, such as for Shane Howard on his re-invention of the 80s hit, Solid Rock Sacred Ground (with William Barton and Emma Donovan) and Lloyd Spiegel for his award winning Tangled Brew album.

Ruth Roshan is a member of the Music Arrangers Guild of Australia.
